Choosing a romantic hotel in Benidorm need not start with a package of rose petals. For this guide, getting the room right, leaving some free time and finding a plan you both enjoy matter more. Primavera Park brings together several useful ingredients for a couples' break: rooms with terraces, a rooftop bar and a restaurant in the same building. That does not mean every room has the same view or that dinner is included.
The room: what to confirm before booking
The official website describes the Sunset Ático with a terrace, views of the sea and Oasis pool, a king-size bed and a bath beside the bed. It is the category we would look at first if spending time in the room is part of your plans. Availability and price depend on your dates: we do not assume the category will be available or that an upgrade has a fixed cost.
If you would rather spend more on going out, the Double room is another starting point. Its official description includes a terrace and a choice of twin or double beds subject to availability. Ask for confirmation of the bed arrangement and any view that matters to you. Do not assume a Double has the penthouse's facilities just because they appear in the same photo gallery. Our full hotel guide gives more context.
A two-day plan without a packed schedule
This is an editorial suggestion, not a package sold by the hotel. Start your first day with arrival and time to settle in. The hotel website places Primavera Park beside the town hall, a short distance from Levante beach and next to the historic centre. Use that location for a walk without a fixed checklist. Leave room to stop somewhere you like rather than linking one booking to another.
Later, you could visit Selvático for a drink with a view. Keep day two more open: breakfast according to your booked meal plan, a walk towards the beach and time in your room before leaving. Check arrival and departure times on your reservation. This plan does not assume free early check-in or late checkout. For a broader city itinerary, see our weekend in Benidorm guide.
Selvático: a drink, not a promise of silence
The rooftop is on the 17th floor, and its website advertises cocktails, a DJ and live performances. In our view, it suits a couples' break if you enjoy that atmosphere; it is not a guarantee of complete quiet. The official FAQ excludes minors from the rooftop, but that does not make the entire hotel adults-only. Our guide to the rooftop's age restriction explains the distinction.
The same FAQ allows non-resident visitors but not their use of the pool. A purchase is required to take a seat, and the FAQ says entry is first come, first served, without reservations. Do not build your evening around a guaranteed table. Check current arrangements before going, especially if you are travelling for a celebration with little flexibility.
Dinner and special touches: check what is included
Selvático is a bar, not a restaurant. Its website recommends Exótico, on the first floor, for dinner. Check the menu, availability and restaurant conditions separately: staying at the hotel does not confirm a table or an included meal. For an anniversary touch, ask what can be arranged, what it costs and how it is confirmed. We do not describe decorations, treatments or extras as automatically included.
Our recommendation is to choose a stay that lets you enjoy yourselves without sorting out mismatched expectations on arrival. Confirm the bed, room category, cancellation terms and included services first. Then add one or two plans. A hotel can provide the setting; you decide the pace.
